Enclosure painting
A color change can be its own project or part of a broader refurbishment. Our Davenport white-to-bronze repaint used custom-color Sherwin-Williams DTM paint; its gallery shows work in progress and views after cleanup. That repaint is a separate project from our Davenport screw-changeout, new-door, and rescreening project. For your estimate, identify the finish you want and confirm which preparation, painting, screening, and hardware work is included.
Full screw changeouts and door replacement
A complete screw changeout is a different scope from replacing a few fasteners during a repair. Let us know whether you want a full changeout and whether doors, closers, latches, or other hardware also need attention. We offer new doors as part of our refurbishing work, along with the hardware and minor metal repair services described on our services page.

A standard rescreen replaces the mesh. A refurbishment can combine repainting, a full screw changeout, new doors, and rescreening in one proposed project.
